Place them in the corner or ledge of the shower but not directly under running water, just so the water splashes on them. Works best in a dish so it does not run down the drain as quick. Then simply breath in all the essential oils and menthol crystals to clear your head, nose and thoughts. When finished, tip out the water and use the remainder for your next shower. 

One tablet can last a few showers depending how long you shower or and how close/far from the water stream. The steamers need to get wet to activate but don’t drown them or they’ll fizz too fast.

Not suitable for the bath as they may irritate the skin due to the high concentration of Essential oils and menthol crystals.

Ingredients:  Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Witch Hazel, Cream of Tartar, Kaolin Clay, Menthol Crystals, Essential Oils.
