Rose Geranium Shower Soother/ Steamer

A shower soother is similar to shower steamer, just less menthol crystals and more essential oils to help you relax.

Place them in the corner or ledge of the shower but not directly under running water, just so the water splashes on them. Works best in a dish so it does not run down the drain as quick. Then simply breath in all the essential oils and menthol crystals to clear your head, nose and thoughts. When finished, tip out the water and use the remainder for your next shower. 

One tablet can be broken into 4, you can mix and match to make your own sense that suits your needs.

Like rose geranium and mint is a fantastic mix when you need to clear your head and uplift morning blend.

Each 1/4 can last a few showers depending how long you shower or and how close/far from the water stream. The steamers need to get wet to activate but don’t drown them or they’ll fizz too fast.

Not suitable for the bath as they may irritate the skin due to the high concentration of Essential oils and menthol crystals.
